This independent agency blends PR, social, and content to create campaigns that really resonate with their target audience. They’re looking for a Senior PR Account Manager who can lead campaigns, manage clients, and mentor a team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the plan: Own PR and communications strategies that raise awareness, drive engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Creating stories that land: Develop news angles, features, press releases and thought leadership content that earns coverage and attention.
  • Managing relationships: Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients, media, influencers and stakeholders.
  • Delivering campaigns: Oversee press office activity, campaign rollouts, media events, and digital amplification.
  • Collaborating widely: Work closely with creative, content and social teams to ensure an integrated approach across channels.
  • Mentoring others: Support and develop junior team members through feedback, coaching and collaboration.
  • Measuring impact: Track KPIs, analyse results and report on outcomes with clear insight.
  • Contributing ideas: Play an active role in brainstorms, new business and agency development projects.

What you’ll bring to the table

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in PR
  • Strong track record delivering campaigns that achieve outcomes for clients
  • Confident leading clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Solid media and influencer relationships across relevant sectors
  • Experience working alongside social and digital teams
  • Comfortable using analytics to inform strategy and measure success
