Are you an experienced pricing professional ready to lead and innovate? Tradex Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to shape and deliver our pricing strategy. In this high-impact Group role, you’ll lead a talented team and oversee pricing across Tradex and our broader network, including Soteria and the Saturn Group.

About the Role

• Set and deliver pricing strategy across Tradex products.
• Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals.
• Oversee model governance, pricing tools, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with MISL, Clegg Gifford, and other strategic partners.
• Maintain pricing adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with FCA and other regulatory standards.
• Contribute to board-level governance and planning across the group.

What You’ll Bring

• Fully qualified/part-qualified actuary or a degree in Mathematics/Statistics.
• Experience with GLM, machine learning models, and pricing strategy in insurance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to work in a delegated or co-manufactured environment.
• In-depth understanding of Consumer Duty, pricing governance, and fair value principles.
• Influence pricing at group level across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking leadership team.
