Job Description

We are currently in the market to recruit multiple Principal Civil Design Engineers (Water), ideally with wastewater networks and/or clean water networks experience, for a variety of major long-term water industry frameworks across the UK.

In addition to a range of long-term programmes across the UK water industry, Tetra Tech and RPS have successfully won a £100 million single-award framework from U. This advertiser has chosen not to accept applicants from your region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of wastewater and/or clean water networks within major UK water industry frameworks.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, buildable engineering solutions.
• Contribute to feasibility, planning, detailed design and delivery stages across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and support wider team development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience as a Principal Civil Design Engineer (Water) or equivalent role within water networks.
• Strong background in wastewater and/or clean water network design.
• Experience across long-term water industry programmes and frameworks.
• Ability to work across the project lifecycle and liaise with clients and contractors.
