You can embrace curiosity in a culture that celebrates new ideas and diverse perspectives, with opportunities to shape a career as unique as you.What You Will DoYou will work with our clients in the highways domain to support the delivery of projects with a specific focus on network operations including asset maintenance, ensuring that the operational and safety aspects of schemes are fully considered and appropriately assessed.You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams providing subject matter expert insight to maintenance procedures, policy and road schemes.You will work across all aspects of projects providing insight and expertise in areas such as safety risk assessment, project appraisal, business cases, transport operations, customer impact, feasibility studies, traffic and safety analysis and stakeholder management.You will work under your own initiative to develop and lead technical packages of work in terms of time, cost and quality of output, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction throughout delivery.You will support the development and deployment of junior team members through project commissions.You will support the Capability Lead with the development of client proposals and managing a pipeline of future opportunities.What We Will Be Looking ForExperience in delivering expert advice in the field of highway asset management services and/or associated policies, processes and standards.Applied expertise at Chartered level; if you are on a path to professional registration, you will be supported with mentoring and advisory resources to achieve Chartered status.A degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. civil engineering, transport studies, geography) or equivalent experience.An understanding of current highway standards applicable to the field.A proven track record in a consultancy role or the aptitude to operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment.A conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.Excellent client relationship management skills.Don’t quite meet all the criteria?
