About the Business Unit

We help conceive, drive, and implement transport solutions for cities, regions and asset owners. From business case to delivery and maintenance, covering the full project life cycle.

Overview of the Role

You will be a senior member of the team, leading the Information Management account and supporting its growth and development.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships, feedback, scope change and expectations
  • Ensuring projects are delivered technically, commercially and financially for clients and Mott MacDonald
  • Leading the technical delivery of consultancy services
  • Delivering programme of technical solutions in partnership with clients
  • Compliance with Mott MacDonald management, quality, safety and environmental systems
  • Coordinating contract requirements (industry standard & bespoke)
  • Managing project delivery teams
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice in digitally‑enabled project delivery

In addition to leadership duties, you will act as project lead on major infrastructure projects, driving digital transformation and implementing tools and processes for improved delivery.

Candidate Specification

You will be a seasoned Digital professional with experience delivering multidisciplinary projects from concept to construction. You understand the impact of information management and digital tools on design, construction, risk and quality management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience project managing multidisciplinary projects, ideally in transport and using ISO 19650 suite of standards
  • Appetite and experience in managing, growing and developing teams
  • Familiarity with industry standard tools and technologies used during the delivery phase
  • Strong communication, team working and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
