A Little More About Your Role…

The role is principally to provide technical advisory services. This will be across a variety of projects in sectors including Education and Healthcare but with a view to grow into other forms of infrastructure.

As a member of the team, you will provide technical expertise across the work streams covering asset surveying, independent certifier services, technical advisory and technical due diligence.

Role context: The PPP and Property Advisory team has three main work streams: Technical Due Diligence, Technical Advisory Services and Asset Management Services. These teams are made up of multi-disciplinary professionals mainly from building surveying, QS, mechanical and electrical engineering and FM backgrounds. Together they offer many services to our clients including equity investors, debt financiers, management companies, construction companies, developers and government organisations through the identification and management of technical and commercial risk associated with the development, management and funding of infrastructure and real estate projects. Put simply we lever the global technical world-class skills of the business allied with our commercial and contractual transaction acumen to provide professional services to clients that develop, manage, finance or invest in infrastructure and real estate assets.
