Private Client Solicitor – Senior Associate – Up to £80,000 salary.

The firm’s leading private client team acts for executors and trustees on both contentious and non‑contentious matters and is recognised across the A12 Corridor for its outstanding client care and high‑quality work.

Due to development and expansion, the firm is appointing a Senior Private Client Solicitor to work alongside existing partners, drive a resilient and varied legal practice, and supervise junior lawyers in a team of fifteen solicitors.

Ideal candidates must have strong understanding and experience in probate matters, LPA and tax, and will work with limited supervision but full administrative support.

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience or equivalent.
• Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work.
• Represent the firm through external/internal presentations.
• Give talks at local care homes and charity groups.
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
• Team player and work well independently.
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
