Role - Senior Private Client Solicitor. Firm - Leading regional law firm. Location - Leamington Spa. Working arrangements - Hybrid (2-3 days office-based). Salary - Up to £65,000 DOE + benefits.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of private client matters including:

• Wills, probate and estate administration
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Court of Protection work

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a loyal client base while supporting the development of junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong private client experience.
• Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop within a well-respected regional firm.
