Senior Procurement and Contracts Manager

My client is recruiting for a procurement professional to work within the Professional Services category spend area. Working for a high-profile organisation, the successful candidate will deliver category, procurement and contract management activities across a wide stakeholder community.

Salary up to £54k + excellent benefits including a great pension and 1 day per month time off in lieu. London-based client offering hybrid working (2 days in office / 3 at home).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver category, procurement and contract management activities across Professional Services spend areas (e.g., HR, recruitment, occupational health, training & development).
  • Contracting using Public Sector procurement rules – PA23 / PCR2015 (desirable).
  • Apply knowledge of category management and contract management to realise commercial value and manage multiple projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders and adopt a business partner approach to relationship management.

Qualifications and skills

  • Clear commercial/procurement experience across Professional Services spend areas (e.g., HR, recruitment, occupational health, training & development).
  • Experience of contracting under Public Sector procurement rules – PA23 / PCR2015 (desirable).
  • Knowledge of category management/contract management and the ability to deliver across multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship engagement skills and business partnering approach.
