With sustainability and social value embedded at its core, this company is on an ambitious growth journey-and Procurement is playing a pivotal role in driving commercial success, innovation, and positive change.

This is not just another corporate function. Procurement here is less than two years old, meaning you'll have the rare opportunity to build, influence, and leave a legacy as part of a progressive team redefining how procurement delivers value.

The Role: Senior Procurement Manager

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you'll take the lead on shaping and executing category strategies across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations-ensuring procurement is seen not just as a function, but as a business enabler.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing strategies across high-impact spend categories.

Building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to embed Procurement's value proposition throughout the organisation.

Navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional collaboration to solve procurement challenges in innovative, sustainable ways.

Managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and embedding sustainability and risk management across the supply chain.

Leading robust negotiations on scope, commercials, and contracts-working closely with Legal, Finance, Tax and other internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

Proven track record in Procurement and Category Management across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services.

Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience in embedding sustainable procurement practices into sourcing strategies.

Commercial acumen, resilience, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.

Executive presence, with the gravitas to influence and engage at all levels.

Ideally, Degree-qualified and MCIPS certified.

Why Join?

This isn't just about a job-it's about joining a mission-led organisation at a transformative stage. Backed by a global parent company with a deep-rooted commitment to innovation, sustainability, and social good, you'll be empowered to think big, move fast, and make a lasting impact.

You'll also enjoy:

A modern, flexible hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Watford)

A supportive culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

The chance to shape a young and evolving Procurement function from the inside out

A compelling reward package with scope for personal and professional growth

Applicants must hold current and valid UK Right to Work status.
