Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing & category strategies across Logistics and some Corporate Services related spend.
• Build future category roadmaps using market insight, data, and stakeholder demand.
• Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation.
• Negotiate complex supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Manage one direct report, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.
• Act as a trusted procurement partner, influencing senior stakeholders to deliver results.

Required Experience

• Significant procurement / category management experience in Logistics & Corporate Services.
• Strong track record of leading sourcing projects, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
• Leadership experience, managing a direct report or small team.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
