Senior Indirect Procurement Category Manager working within a global industry-leading Technology organisation. Based in central London with a flexible, hybrid approach to working. Salary ranges between £70,000 - £75,000 + package inc. Bonus.

Are you a strategic indirect procurement professional seeking a global position where you can lead on the implementation of best-in-class category management strategy? If so, this is the perfect procurement position for you.

This global industry-leading organisation sits within the Technology space and is currently undergoing a transformation of its procurement function to shift into a centralised approach with a group function. You’ll be a key stakeholder in leading the implementation of effective indirect category management strategy that can be adopted globally, predominantly covering Professional Services procurement and IT procurement.

This is an exciting new journey where you’ll be at the forefront of decision making with the ability to imprint your approach, providing excellent opportunities for daily development and each day will be different from the next.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including in-country procurement teams, to implement effective procurement category management strategy across Professional Services and IT procurement category management
• Undertake a range of daily strategic activities across the end-to-end procurement function, including but not limited to, tender management, contract management, supplier management, negotiation, strategic sourcing and savings delivery
• Drive transformation procurement activities in relation to identifying areas for continuous improvement and leading change management where appropriate, to contribute to the creation of a centralised best-in-class procurement function
• Ability to demonstrate success across the end-to-end procurement function across the indirect procurement space i.e. Professional Services, HR, IT and/or Marketing procurement exposure
• Strong skills surrounding negotiation, savings delivery and stakeholder management
• Past global procurement exposure would be beneficial, but not essential
