Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Procurement Manager (EMEA) to lead strategy and supplier performance across a key direct materials category for a global market leader. This is your chance to drive real impact — from negotiations and cost savings to sustainability and innovation.

You’ll partner closely with engineering and operations, manage complex stakeholders, and influence decisions across a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for a direct materials category and drive supplier performance across EMEA.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to align requirements and drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships in a global, matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ direct procurement & category management experience (industrial, datacenter, or consumer electronics ideal)
  • Proven track record of cost savings and commercial results
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or iCertis

This is more than procurement — it’s strategic category ownership with global reach.

  • PAYE Contract
  • Hybrid (1 day a week On-Site) – London
  • 18 Months Contract
