Title: Senior Procurement Officer

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid

Salary & Package: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + private healthcare + additional benefits

Due to expansion, they are looking for a Procurement Manager to join their collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities
• Manage framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards, and DPS tenders
• Ensure contracts are compliant with regulations and meet member needs
• Develop relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
• Manage stakeholder relationships

Experience & Requirements:

• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes
• Knowledge of DPS, e-procurement platforms, and frameworks
• Experience with public sector regulations (PCR 2015/Procurement Act)
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
