As we continue to scale our specialist Procurement practice, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team and help us further strengthen our position in this high-demand market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with Procurement clients and candidates
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Procurement and Supply Chain roles (Category Managers, Procurement Business Partners, Heads of Procurement, Contract Managers, and more)
• Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
• Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious team
• Staying on top of industry trends and the evolving Procurement landscape

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Procurement, Supply Chain, or related markets preferred)
• Strong billing track record with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstrated success in winning new business
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative
• Passionate about connecting top Procurement talent with leading organisations
