The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior-level Solution Architect with deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating MVPs, prototypes, and fully integrated enterprise solutions, while leading teams and shaping technology strategy. This role combines strategic vision, technical delivery, and governance, providing structure and clarity in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and hands-on delivery of technology solutions, including MVPs and prototypes.
• Architect and implement integration solutions across complex enterprise systems.
• Design, deploy, and optimise cloud infrastructure and manage associated codebases.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, including code management, version control, and automated testing.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other architects and technical team members.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and clients to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Implement and maintain governance, standards, and best practices, including familiarity with Six Sigma and CMMI frameworks.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving in fast-paced, complex organisational contexts.

Candidate Profile

• Senior-level experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent, with proven hands-on technical delivery.
• Strong proficiency in coding (Python preferred) and practical experience building MVPs, prototypes, and integrated solutions.
• Deep experience in integration architecture, enterprise system design, and cloud infrastructure deployment.
• Hands-on experience with codebase management, version control, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience leading multiple architects or technical teams is desirable.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, able to thrive in fast-moving, complex environments.
