The role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to join the Evaluation Tools Group – a cross-functional team building the internal tools that power AI development at Wayve. Our tools help researchers and engineers understand driving model performance, debug complex behaviours, and build scalable evaluation systems.

You’ll work closely with Model Developers, Researchers, and Engineers to design products that enable faster iteration, deeper insight, and higher confidence in AI performance. You’ll help shape products that operate at the heart of Wayve’s AI development loop – from automated testing at scale, to exploratory tools that make model behaviour legible and actionable.

This Product Designer may work across both teams in the group:

We’re looking for someone who combines curiosity, craft, and technical fluency - a designer who thrives in ambiguity, builds empathy fast, and collaborates deeply to ship high-impact tools.

About You

In order to set you up for success as a Product Designer at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.
