About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape seamless, intuitive experiences across our healthcare workforce solutions, automating complex rota-building processes and leveraging AI for impact.

This role offers the chance to work with the latest AI-powered tools for prototyping and UI development, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and users to create effective solutions for NHS hospitals and clinicians.

We seek a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to redefine workforce management in healthcare.
