Senior Product Designer, Go-to-Market AI (Flywheel)

Location: Ireland or UK - Remote, Flex, or Office

We are seeking Senior Product Designers for the Flywheel product line, focused on helping HubSpot grow faster by using AI to dramatically improve how we serve customers and how Go-to-Market teams work. This role involves opportunities across three areas: AI concierge for customers, AI-first tools for GTM teams, and experiences for HubSpot’s global partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex design projects and create cohesive, frictionless user journeys from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Design for scale by evolving UX patterns, systems, and frameworks across the product ecosystem.
• Define strategy and vision for major initiatives across HubSpot’s GTM.
• Craft AI-first experiences, including agentic and conversational experiences, to improve internal GTM workflows and customer self-service experiences.
• Collaborate with and lead across functions (PMs, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Product Designers, and Go-to-Market, Finance, and Strategy partners).
• Measure and iterate for real impact using analytics and qualitative insights.
• Foster an inclusive culture, mentor others, and help define Flywheel’s next steps at HubSpot.
