Senior Product Development Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to lead a product development function within the Digital Platforms team, overseeing the delivery of a new product offering and our e-commerce platform, two of our core product offerings.
This role is responsible for managing and developing a small team of Product Development Managers, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our supporters and drive commercial revenue growth.
They will also play a key role in shaping the future vision and strategy of our digital products, using data, insights, and market research to inform decision-making.

Your day-to-day
- Team leadership - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Development Managers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities
- Product development - You'll have full roadmap ownership, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle for multiple digital products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation
- Championing supporters - You'll foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure a supporter-first UX is at the heart of what we do
- Collaboration - You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and create and maintain product roadmaps
- Data driven - You'll use data, insights, and market research to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Quality assurance - You will ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place for all digital products
- Product management expertise - You'll have a proven track record delivering digital products from conception to launch
- Proven leader - You thrive managing a high-performing team with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Requirements gathering - You will have advanced skills in requirements gathering, creating Epics and User Stories, and managing budgets and schedules
- Project manager - You'll be adept at using agile methodology to lead teams in delivering projects under tight deadlines and to budget
- Risk management - You will be skilled in identifying risks and analysing mitigation options
- Exceptional communicator - You'll be able to influence and communicate across a variety of stakeholders and clearly articulate a project vision and customer journeys
