monday.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Advanced Enterprise Security domain. The role involves leading a team of engineers and designers passionate about building innovative, lovable products.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).
- The domain focuses on developing security capabilities that enable monday.com’s largest accounts to protect, detect, and respond to security threats. This includes engaging in deep security discussions with high-level stakeholders like CISOs of Fortune 500 companies.
- Lead the development of monday.com’s Guardian Security add-on, turning innovation into attributed ARR.
- Establish a shared vision for your product across the company, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You will take full ownership and have a significant impact on the company.
- Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that users love and need.
- Gather and analyze diverse inputs to identify impactful opportunities, ensuring your team works on the most valuable initiatives.
- Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and data analysis, including AB testing.
- Understand market trends, competition, and advocate for users to craft long-term product strategies.
- Motivate and lead a talented, committed, and fun team.
Your Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of product management experience with a proven record of delivering impactful products.
- Creative problem-solver capable of addressing complex enterprise software challenges with delightful user experiences.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial qualities—self-driven, decisive, and able to motivate others without consensus.
- Passionate about user experience, with keen attention to UX and design details.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining product decisions thoroughly.
- Analytical, experienced with qualitative insights and quantitative data, familiar with A/B testing, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Fast learner, adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Experience leading SaaS or consumer products is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial or consulting experience is a plus.
