About The Role

At TravelPerk, we empower cross-functional teams that drive exceptional results for our customers and the company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team and own the Billing product area. Billing is a strategic product area that directly impacts our ability to grow in new markets and scale globally. Our billing platform enables finance teams to analyse and forecast travel spend, automate accounting, and ensure accurate financials. With our AI-powered invoice extraction and partner integrations, we help customers save thousands in VAT reclaims. We are on a mission to make complex financial operations effortless.

What You’ll Do

• Dig into Insights: Use data and user feedback to uncover opportunities for impact and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Share the Vision: Communicate the reasons and direction behind your product areas to keep the team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
• Define Strategies: Outline plans for addressing problems, why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
• Collaborate and Execute: Work with developers, designers, and other functions to bring your strategy to life and deliver value incrementally.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up to date.
• Empower Your Team: Lead with a servant-leadership approach, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
• Level Up the Product Function: Continuously learn and share insights to help build a world-class product team.

What You’ll Need

• Experience That Counts: At least 7 years in a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience on a Tax product is a strong plus. Bonus if you have experience in development, design, or business roles (though not required).
• Finance and accounting: Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.
• A Sharp Eye for UX: Ability to create customer-facing products that are intuitive and impactful.
• SaaS-Savvy: Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
• A Drive for Execution: Able to break down complex projects into smaller, value-delivering steps.
• A Cross-Functional Mindset: Experience working with engineering, design, finance, and data teams.
• Problem-Solving: Able to untangle challenges and create data-backed plans.
