About PAVE

logistics providers manage condition reporting. From smartphone capture to automated damage

detection and real-time cost estimation, PAVE transforms any user into a professional inspector —

instantly. Today, we process over 90,000 inspections each month across two continents, powering

operations for leading fleets, retailers, and wholesale auctions.

As we expand rapidly across North America and Europe, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager in

London to lead our regional product strategy and serve as the voice of the field across the UK and

EU.

Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager – Europe, you'll own PAVE’s product success across a major fleet’s

delivery network and support expansion into new regional clients. You'll act as the field-facing

product owner: capturing insights directly from delivery stations and fleet operators, aligning with

regional client teams, and guiding our product roadmap for Europe.

You’ll report into the VP of Product and work closely with our engineering, design, and support teams

in Toronto and Vietnam. Your mission: drive usage, uncover edge cases, and shape features that help

fleets across Europe use PAVE at scale.

What You’ll Do

Regional Product Ownership – Engage, Educate, Excite

You’ll lead the European product strategy for our largest fleet client and future regional partners. That

means:

● Engaging deeply with users and stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and EU to build

alignment and trust

● Educating field teams and client stakeholders on how to get the most from PAVE, from

features to workflows

● Exciting the region with pilots, demos, and launches that turn product value into tangible

results

You’ll own:

● The localized product roadmap for Europe, aligned with enterprise fleet client needs

● Identification of region-specific feature gaps, compliance requirements, and operational edge

cases

● Prioritization and rollout of improvements in collaboration with the global product and

engineering teams

● You’ll have end-to-end ownership of how PAVE is experienced across a major market.

Field Product Discovery

You’ll operate where the product meets reality:

● Regular visits to fleet depots, delivery stations, and client field operations across the region

● Shadowing front-line users to surface workflow challenges and local adaptations

● Leading structured interviews and roundtables with delivery providers and fleet operators

● Translating findings into crisp product requirements and validation plans

Your insights will shape features that drive real adoption and measurable outcomes.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

You’ll act as the primary regional product lead for high-value client relationships:

● Be the go-to product contact for operational and regional fleet stakeholders

● Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews and roadmap check-ins

● Share usage metrics, surface blockers early, and align regional success with global goals

● Build credibility through consistency, clarity, and field-grounded product expertise

Support Regional Expansion & Growth

You’ll play a key role in helping PAVE grow across Europe:

● Partner with Sales and BD to explore opportunities with new fleets and service providers

● Support pre-sales efforts by validating product fit, collecting regional insights, and shaping

proposals

● Identify patterns across use cases that inform new verticals, product features, or integrations

What You Bring

● 5–8 years experience in product management, solutions engineering, or client-facing product

roles in SaaS, logistics, or fleet tech

● Experience working with enterprise clients (OEMs, fleet operators, etc.)

● Strong field discovery and UX instincts — you like spending time where the product is used

● Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.

● Able to travel 30–40% across the region

● Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams

Employment & Compensation

● Employer of Record (EOR): Deel, Remote, Oyster, or equivalent

● Bonus: Performance-based (tied to adoption metrics and stakeholder satisfaction)

○ Travel and expense coverage

○ Company-provided laptop
