About the Role

Join our Digital & Technology team in London and lead the creation of best-in-class products that transform the commercial real estate market. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth, specifically within our Business Rates line of business.

You will be instrumental in developing and executing product strategies to help clients manage and mitigate their business rates liabilities. This involves leveraging proprietary data and local market insights to provide proactive and intelligent rates mitigation advice. You will be responsible for products that support CBRE\'s Business Rates Consultancy services. This role requires a data-savvy candidate who is comfortable with complex data sets and adept at using analytics to drive product decisions. You will lead the development and execution of a specific product or product line, ensuring it meets customer needs, market demands, and company objectives. A passion for data, a customer-centric approach, and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritise features and enhancements; define and communicate the product vision and strategy; analyse market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Product Development & Execution: Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration; translate high-level specifications into program specifications; prioritise deliverables and manage the product backlog; guide decisions for the product suite to ensure vision clarity.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Engage with customers to identify unmet needs and opportunities; champion a customer-centric approach; act as the voice of the customer on critical products.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/design, sales, marketing); manage executive stakeholder communication and reporting; facilitate discussions, user story development, and refinement.
  • Performance & Analysis: Establish and monitor KPIs; perform analysis for build/buy/partner decisions; analyse metrics to focus efforts and investments that move the needle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • B2B product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Experience building business cases and owning product strategy.
