About the role: This is a Senior Product Manager position for our “Equity and Extras” team, which covers Deel’s equity offering and several add-on products: work spaces, consulting, health insurance and more. This is an opportunity to help scale a high-growth, fast-paced business redefining access to work around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
  • Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
  • Leveraging core PM skills to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle
  • Collaborating with a team of product designers, engineers, and product experts to execute your vision and deliver results
  • Balancing core product development with high-priority client escalations in a remote-first environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
  • Background in equity-related product lines is preferred but not required
  • Product-led growth (PLG) experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
  • Strong operational and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
  • Strong UX/UI understanding to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences
  • Location: EMEA
