We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our product organisation. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, engineering, and commercial teams. You'll lead initiatives that test and optimise our customer funnel, experiment with pricing and plan mixes, and unlock new revenue opportunities while delivering a seamless patient experience. Your work will be critical to scaling our business sustainably and profitably across multiple conditions and geographies. You will report to the Director of Product.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the conversion funnel: Analyse, identify, and prioritise opportunities to improve customer acquisition and onboarding across channels and products.
- Design and run experiments: Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to build, launch, and analyse A/B tests that optimise conversion, upsell, and pricing strategies.
- Pricing and plan innovation: Develop and test new pricing models, subscription plans, and promotional strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Data-driven insights: Continuously monitor and interpret data to surface actionable insights, track key growth metrics, and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring growth initiatives from concept to execution.
- Customer-centric approach: Balance business goals with delivering a seamless, trustworthy, and engaging experience for patients.
- Market awareness: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving patient expectations.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, with significant focus on growth, conversion optimisation, or monetisation strategies.
- Experience working in high-growth digital businesses; experience in healthtech or telehealth is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimentation design, A/B testing, and interpreting quantitative data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour, acquisition funnels, and monetisation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and motivated by tackling complex problems.
