Senior Product Manager - Purchase, Account Management & Loyalty at bloomon/bloomon. As part of the Bloom & Wild family, we create a premium gifting platform across Europe, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving loyalty.
Product team: multidisciplinary group focused on user-facing and internal digital products that support customers and our operations. Teams work in squads delivering quarterly OKRs with an emphasis on outcomes. The role is based in London and may involve cross-market collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be responsible for delivering a secure and seamless purchase and post-purchase experience across checkout and post-purchase flows.
- Create a personalised account destination to drive engagement, loyalty, and frequency for Subscriptions and Ecommerce customers, and collaborate to enhance the Loyalty programme.
- Define and execute the Purchase, Account management & Loyalty product roadmap; ensure it is outcome-focused and aligned with strategic goals.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and solve critical customer and business problems to improve conversion and loyalty.
- Build deep understanding of user needs and pain points across the Purchase, Account management & Loyalty experience using customer data.
- Collaborate with PMs in other squads to address shared opportunities and drive cross-functional value.
- Drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-driven experimentation; support a robust, scalable tech architecture with the squad and broader engineering teams.
- Communicate regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Improve checkout conversion across diverse shopping occasions while maintaining trust and security.
- Collaborate with Finance to explore new payment technologies to offer modern options.
- Optimise retention touchpoints to increase customer frequency and profitability.
- Grow the Rewards program to drive acquisition, engagement and frequency across markets.
- Optimise Subscriptions management to reduce churn and drive reactivations.
- Define strategic product outcomes and track progress against OKRs.
- Engage stakeholders to prioritise and solve core customer and business opportunities.
- Leverage data to understand user needs and pain points across the Purchase, Account management & Loyalty journey.
- Consider market and cultural differences in customer expectations.
- Support continuous improvement and experimentation within the product domain.
Qualifications & What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Data-driven decision maker with ability to derive insights from analytics.
- Collaborative, cross-functional, and able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Careful, methodical, and precise with attention to detail and high-quality delivery.
- Experience in Payments or Loyalty is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
