Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic SaaS company based in Manchester. This is a remote role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead product strategy and execution in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  3. Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful product positioning and launch execution.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  5. Gather and prioritise product requirements based on insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends.
  6. Create detailed product specifications and manage the product backlog efficiently.
  7. Oversee product launches, ensuring all departments are fully prepared for successful releases.
  8. Monitor product performance, gathering feedback to continuously enhance the product and user experience.
  9. Act as a product expert, providing training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’ experience in product management or a related role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  4. Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product development methodologies.
  5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
