About The Job

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a bold digital transformation—and this is your opportunity to be part of it. As a Senior Product Manager within our newly established Digital Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IB’s digital product ecosystem. This isn’t just about managing products—it’s about reimagining how we serve schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.

The Digital Office sits at the heart of our product strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products across our existing platforms and new ventures. You’ll join a multidisciplinary, impact-driven team responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes in a fast-evolving educational landscape.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll work on Salesforce and CRM products in School Operations and help shape the next generation of tools that support schools on their IB journey—from first inquiry through ongoing engagement. You’ll work across a suite of CRM and Salesforce integration products that drive school candidacy, marketing automation, sales pipeline management, school authorization and evaluation, educator network workforce management, and customer service. These platforms are foundational to how we grow, support, and empower our network of schools and governing bodies around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor the education and edtech landscape, staying ahead of competitor moves, emerging technologies, and shifting user expectations to keep our products relevant and future-ready.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire fellow product managers, helping to grow a high-performing product culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and impact.

About You / Qualifications

  • You bring proven experience in product management in B2B or B2B2C environments where stakeholder complexity and scale are key considerations.
