New Today
We’re working with one of NI’s fastest growing tech teams and we’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to shape the future of their platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, delivery, and customer teams to turn ideas into features that delight users and drive business value.
In this role, you’ll own the product requirements process end-to-end, from capturing customer needs, to defining priorities, to supporting delivery. You’ll be the connector between stakeholders, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and momentum in how they build and scale.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with engineering, delivery, account management, and operations to define and prioritise product features.
- Translate customer feedback, ideas, and business needs into clear product goals and actionable tickets.
- Scope and plan roadmaps, define success criteria, and track outcomes with KPIs and metrics.
- Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of product management and delivery processes.
- Create and share documentation that supports customers, internal teams, and delivery planning.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in software, product, or engineering delivery.
- Strong technical understanding, ideally with IoT and data-driven products.
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Lean, or Kanban) and tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Leading product evolution and delivery processes.
- Working across multiple delivery methodologies and distributed teams.
- Involvement in pre-sales, RFPs, or proof-of-concept projects.
