Senior Product Manager Retail - £625p/d (Inside of IR35) 3 Months (Rolling)

A UK-leading retail client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of offer allocation and personalisation capabilities.

This pivotal role within the Digital & Data team focuses on delivering high-impact, data-driven customer experiences through intelligent targeting, personalised offers, and loyalty innovation.

The ideal Product Manager will have the following skills/experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven track record working with data science or machine learning products
• Strong background in retail environments
• Experience in loyalty or personalisation (e.g., offer personalisation, product recommendations, content targeting)
• Salesforce Loyalty experience is a strong plus

Rate: £625 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: Paddington, Hybrid working (23 days onsite)

Duration: 3 months (rolling extension likely)
