Senior Product Manager (First Product Hire in the UK)

Location: London (3 days a week onsite)

Salary: £100,000 + equity & wider package

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of their core AI product lines, driving strategy, execution, and customer success. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, offering the opportunity to shape products that are transforming a multi-trillion dollar global industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the product roadmap for core AI solutions
  • Translate sophisticated customer workflows into product innovation
  • Partner closely with engineering on complex technical capabilities
  • Drive customer research, feedback, and adoption
  • Launch and optimise features to maximise impact
  • Define and track key product metrics to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support sales and customer success
  • Experience: 7–12 years in Product Management, with 2–3 in a senior capacity
  • Experience with regulated industries (insurance, fintech, healthcare, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with technical teams on complex product trade-offs
  • Strong background in customer-led product development
  • Experience in insurance or fintech
  • Background in AI/ML product development
  • Enterprise SaaS expertise with complex customer needs
  • Startup or scale-up experience

  • Senior Product Manager level experience with leadership responsibilities
