What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Own end-to-end development and execution of go-to-market plans for new features and offerings. Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to ensure launches drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Shape Product Strategy with Market Insight: Represent the voice of the market within the Wealth Collective. Lead market intelligence, segmentation, and ideal customer profiling to inform decisions and position products for success.
  • Craft Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks. Lead testing and refinement to ensure value propositions resonate with target audiences and support business objectives.
  • Champion the Customer Voice: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights to translate into personas, buyer journeys, and other tools for product development and GTM plans.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps, especially in loyalty and rewards.
  • Oversee Product Launches: Partner with marketing to determine product ship timing and GTM approach; review work to maintain high quality standards.
  • Partner with Compliance: Ensure all messaging and product marketing align with FCA and regulatory requirements.
