Overview
We're looking for a PMM who's excited to build, experiment, and shape how AI fits into the future of go-to-market — without losing the human touch that makes great marketing work. As a senior product marketing manager at HiBob, you'll lead strategic go-to-market initiatives across segments and regions. This is a global role partnering with regional sales, marketing, and our broader product marketing team to develop compelling value propositions and tailored strategies for diverse industries, buyer personas, and market dynamics. Partner with global sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline and revenue through tailored, insight-driven go-to-market strategies. Develop compelling messaging, content, and enablement that reflects deep customer understanding and delivers measurable business impact.

- Excellent storytelling and content creation abilities across formats (e.g. one-pagers, decks, web copy, sales tools)
- Experience conducting customer research, persona development, and win/loss analysis
- Comfortable working across regions and tailoring messaging by geography, vertical, or buyer persona
- Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, Mutiny, Folloze) to support content creation or workflow automation
