Overview

Senior Product Owner position at CGI. You will drive product outcomes that deliver tangible value for clients and their customers, aligning strategy with execution and using data and market insights to shape priorities. This is a hybrid role within CGI's collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Align: Translate product vision and strategy into clear goals, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Develop & Deliver: Define and track product OKRs and success metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Engage & Understand: Champion customer needs, pain points, and feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyse & Inform: Use data and market insights to shape decision-making and communicate impact clearly.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work across teams to inspire and motivate, guiding less experienced Product Owners.
• Strategise & Prioritise: Manage competing demands and ensure product decisions drive maximum value.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in Agile delivery.
• Strong track record of defining and tracking product OKRs and metrics.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to link strategy with business outcomes.
• Experience applying market research and customer insights to product decisions.
• Leadership qualities to inspire teams and guide less experienced colleagues.
• Retail sector knowledge or French language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
