Base pay range

£55,000–£75,000 | Remote with travel required to the office a few times a month.

We’re looking for a Product/Delivery Manager to take ownership of a workstream within a large, multi-workstream transformation programme. This is a hybrid role (roughly 70% product management, 30% delivery management) and will suit someone comfortable shaping product vision and keeping delivery momentum in a high-pressure, complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for your workstream.
• Operate as the bridge between product and delivery, aligning with stakeholders and other workstreams in a busy programme.
• Lead user needs analysis and ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose at scale.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and unblock teams to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large, complex, multi-workstream programmes (public sector experience a bonus).
• Strong digital/tech product management background, with the ability to flex into delivery management.
• Confident in managing stakeholders at multiple levels, including cross-workstream alignment in a busy programme environment.
• Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation, and coordinating delivery teams.

The position is largely remote, with visits to the office in Newport required once every two weeks (occasionally once a week).
