Overview

Senior Production Studio Support Manager is responsible for overseeing facilities, security, sustainability, and operational efficiency within the studio. This role ensures a safe, well-managed, and inclusive work environment while driving business continuity, vendor management, and environmental improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities & Security Management: Lead infrastructure upgrades (e.g. air conditioning, fresh air systems); Ensure compliance through Health & Safety audits and mocap inspections; Manage electrical safety (surveys, PAT testing, fixed wire inspections); Maintain intruder alarms, fire panels, CCTV, and intercom systems; Oversee access control (key holders, fobs) and security protocols; Act as primary contact for Employer and Public Liability matters.
  • Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives: Drive carbon reduction and energy efficiency programs; Collaborate with WBD on ESOS and maintain SECR compliance; Support lease renewals and studio accessibility improvements; Partner with landlords/property managers on facility upgrades; Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency.
  • Operations & Vendor Management: Support the Office Manager in coordinating workspace improvements, expansions, and renovation projects; Manage procurement, supplier contracts, and studio budgets; Oversee vendor setup, payment processing, and account updates; Lead Business Continuity efforts and provide admin support to leadership; Supervise admin functions and extended-hours food orders; Handle MNDA issuance and support in-house shoots and equipment sourcing; Perform ad hoc admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working arrangement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
