We’re looking for a permanent Senior Programme Lead (with a focus on data) to join the Bauer Academy from one of our main hubs in either Manchester, London, or Peterborough.

As the Senior Programme Lead for data analysis, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of Bauer Academy apprenticeship programmes, focusing on data analysis and AI. You will act as the main contact for learners, delivering workshops, and conducting regular progress reviews.

This role is ideal for an experienced data analyst passionate about the field and eager to inspire future data analysts.

Our Team:

This role reports to Bauer Academy’s Management Team, working closely with the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery, Head of Learning Solutions, Head of Programme Performance, and Head of Quality.

This is a Hybrid role supporting a balance of remote work and in-office presence in Manchester, London, or Peterborough, depending on your location.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, and for roles involving children, a check against the Barred List will be conducted.
