A day in the life

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You'll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.

Senior Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you'll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. Your responsibilities extend beyond process improvements; you could also contribute to areas like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the team

At AMZL Europe, we deliver millions of packages daily with speed and quality. Our Launch and Expansion team is central to this, focusing on making last-mile delivery more efficient by improving existing networks, inventing new solutions, and developing infrastructure.

Roles within the team include program managers responsible for launching new sites, planners addressing challenges like low emission zones and EV charging, strategy teams optimizing existing buildings, and analysts delivering data-driven insights.
