Are you a driven, consultative sales professional passionate about executive development and education? Join one of the world’s leading business schools as a Senior Programme Sales Consultant, playing a pivotal role in connecting ambitious professionals with transformative learning experiences.
As Senior Programme Sales Consultant (Online), you will be the first point of contact for senior executives seeking to enhance their leadership journey through our world-class Open Programmes. Using your consultative expertise, you’ll guide them to the most appropriate offerings, shaping both individual careers and organisational futures.
This is a sales and relationship-building role, with a strong focus on personalising the executive education experience. You’ll be responsible for converting high-quality leads into programme applications, with a personal revenue target in excess of £1.5 million per year.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the trusted advisor for prospective participants, identifying needs and recommending tailored programme solutions.
- Engage in high-quality consultation calls and interviews to assess fit and readiness for our programmes.
- Manage and track leads using Salesforce CRM, prioritising follow-up and relationship development.
- Represent Oxford Saïd at events and networking opportunities worldwide.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and evaluate trends to support strategic decisions.
You will have a proven track record in business development or customer-facing roles, particularly engaging with senior executives and HR/L&D professionals. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and project management skills.
