A growing cloud-first MSP is looking for a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of both customer-facing and internal IT projects, act as a senior point of technical escalation, and contribute to the continual improvement of their technical delivery function. This is an ideal role for a technically well-rounded engineer who thrives in a customer-facing hybrid environment and enjoys variety across project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
• Deploying and managing Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint
• Supporting internal IT transformation initiatives
• Acting as a senior 3rd line escalation point for complex technical issues
• Collaborating with project managers, technical leads, and service desk teams
• Producing high-quality documentation and supporting continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack
• Solid background in Server infrastructure
• Azure IaaS knowledge: virtual machines, storage, virtual networks
• Knowledge of networking and firewalls
• Proven experience delivering projects in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to escalations
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
