Peace Recruitment is recruiting a client-side Senior Project Manager role for an organisation in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

You’ll have the chance to influence a wide-ranging portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement, redevelopment, repurposing and new build. This isn’t just about delivering projects, it’s about making a strategic impact while leading a professional team, ensuring safe practices, and championing innovation across the board.

About the role

  • Leading a team of professional and technical staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Managing the Capital Plan and delivering capital projects that enhance the portfolio.
  • Overseeing procurement, supply chain management, resourcing, and cost control.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including CDM, HASWA, DDA, Asbestos, and Legionella.
  • Providing professional advice and credible reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional membership (RICS, RIAS, RIBA, APM, CIOB or similar).
  • Strong track record in delivering construction projects to programme, budget, and quality.
  • Experience managing capital plans and supply chains.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement routes and planning tools (MS Project or similar).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Commercial awareness, political understanding, and the confidence to contribute at senior level.
  • Full driving licence.
