This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, delivery‑focused Project Manager who thrives on driving progress, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact across multiple business functions. Contract: 6 Months FTC (initially) - Potential to Extend or permanency Start: Immediate / ASAP The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in delivering technology and business change projects across the organisation’s transformation roadmap — covering areas such as CRM, ERP, ATS and AI adoption initiatives. Working closely with operational and functional leaders, you’ll ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively, driving alignment between technology, operations, and commercial goals. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend or transition to a permanent role as the transformation journey continues. Key Responsibilities
Deliver multiple IT and business projects from initiation through to successful handover into operations. Manage governance, planning, and risk processes across concurrent projects. Build strong relationships across IT, Operations, and external vendors. Mentor and support junior team members and matrix project teams. Report on progress, risk, and financials to senior leadership. Ensure delivery aligns with strategic priorities and drives measurable business value.
About You
Proven experience managing cross‑functional technology and business change projects. Confident working across multiple systems and platforms — ideally with exposure to CRM, ERP, and infrastructure projects. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid methodologies. Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience within consumer‑led, service‑oriented organisations is highly desirable.
