The role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Exhibition Project Manager to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of exhibition project management

This is a broad role where the Senior Exhibition Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project, getting involved in:

• End to end project management
• Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
• Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
• Managing & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
• On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior Exhibition Project Manager for either an exhibition design agency or an event production agency delivering exhibition and tradeshow stand projects. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as experiential, temporary structure or retail build may also be considered. Knowledge of build materials, an understanding of CAD software and an IOSH certificate would be beneficial but are not essential. Most importantly we are looking for an ambitious Senior Exhibition Project Manager with a willingness to learn and develop within this fantastic organisation!
