Project Manager – F&B/Hospitality Delivery & Fit-Out

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (DOE)

We’re working with a buzzing and vibrant Shoreditch-based design and delivery studio that’s carving out a name for itself across the UK’s F&B and hospitality scene. They’re now looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a range of fast-paced F&B fit-outs and rollout projects.

If you’ve delivered projects for restaurants, cafés, grab-and-go concepts, or food-led retail environments — and you know how to manage landlords, subs, and site teams without breaking a sweat — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of F&B fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept through to handover
• Oversee multi-site rollouts, managing budgets, timelines, and risk
• Be the main point of contact between clients, landlords, contractors, and design teams
• Ensure works meet brand standards, building control, and health & safety compliance
• Conduct regular site visits, snagging, and progress reviews
• Keep everyone aligned with clear updates, reports, and a steady hand on the tiller

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years delivering F&B or hospitality fit-out projects (rollout experience a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of on-site processes, trades, buildability, and project timelines
• Confident leading discussions with clients, contractors, and landlords
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
• Competent with project management tools and scheduling software
• UK-based with full right to work
