Hoyle Tanner has an opportunity for an individual with 10-15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in our Ground Transportation Division. This senior position involves leading projects from start to finish, mentoring team members, pursuing additional projects, and developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. This role could also lead to a business development position while utilizing your technical skills.

Location: Manchester, NH
Our headquarters is located in Manchester’s historic mill yard, in a 30,000 square foot office space on the 5th floor of the original Amory Mill. The space features historic charm combined with modern design elements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and manage resources to ensure projects meet contractual, scope, budget, and schedule requirements, utilizing management tools like Deltek
- Assemble and lead a qualified project team to complete complex projects on time and within budget
- Provide excellent client service by responding to needs and addressing concerns
- Offer technical guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Maintain strong financial performance for Hoyle Tanner
- Foster team engagement and satisfaction, collaborating with subconsultants and other disciplines
- Resolve personnel conflicts in coordination with supervisors
- Assist in pursuit of new projects and in developing technical and price proposals
- Invoice promptly and manage accounts receivable effectively
- Monitor product quality and develop quality management plans
- Inform the Principal-In-Charge of potential claims or risks and collaborate on resolution strategies
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to other project managers
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree
- PE License in one or more New England States
- 15+ years of engineering, planning, and leadership experience
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Strong communication, financial, scheduling, and client management skills
- Salary is contingent on experience
