We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Project Managers to join our team as we prepare to deliver the next phase of transformation in North Yorkshire.

The role is hybrid, with a combination of home working and a minimum of 2 days per week in an office at one of our newly formed local transformation hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough, or Selby.

The role

In this role, you'll lead on delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes that make a real difference. You'll work closely with senior colleagues and partners inside and outside the organisation to ensure successful delivery.

You will shape project governance, establish decision-making processes, and plan meticulously to keep projects on track.

As part of our Projects and Programmes leadership team, you'll also support and coach others involved in delivering change, helping them grow and succeed.

What you will bring

To be successful, you will need:

• Knowledge and experience of project and programme management techniques and tools, along with strong leadership qualities.
• A relevant degree and/or equivalent experience, preferably with professional training in recognised project and change management methodologies.
• Experience of managing complex stakeholders and resources to deliver high-profile organisational change.
