We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Project Managers to join our team as we prepare to deliver the next phase of transformation in North Yorkshire.

The role is hybrid, with a combination of home working and a minimum of 2 days per week in an office at one of our newly formed local transformation hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough, or Selby.

The role

In this role, you'll lead on delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes that make a real difference. You'll work closely with senior colleagues and partners inside and outside the organisation to ensure successful delivery.

You will shape project governance, establish decision-making processes, and plan meticulously to keep projects on track.

As part of our Projects and Programmes leadership team, you'll also support and coach others involved in delivering change, helping them grow and succeed.

We will host an information session about our project management roles for prospective applicants on 29th July 2025, from 16:00 to 17:00.

This session will provide insights from colleagues about working in the Projects and Programmes Team, details of some of our live projects, and an opportunity to ask questions. Please note, this is an open forum, not a confidential environment.
