A bit about the job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of strategic programmes with budgets ranging from £1–3 million. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape business cases, define delivery plans, and manage resources, risks, and budgets.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering cutting-edge digital and data initiatives, including Generative AI.
Your role will also include mentoring team members and constructively challenging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading Digital, Data, and Generative AI projects, ideally within regulated environments;experience in financial services is desirable.
- Strong background in project management, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Ability to energise and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, delivery tools, and project management best practices.
- Confident working with and reporting to senior leaders at director level and above.

- Starting salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% (D grade) of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
