A respected construction consultancy based in Bristol is looking for a capable and confident Senior Project Manager to oversee a variety of hospitality and commercial developments across the South West. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of exciting projects within a collaborative, high-performing team.

The successful Senior Project Manager will work across multiple workstreams, managing client expectations, project timelines, and commercial outcomes. This Bristol-based position would suit a Senior Project Manager with a consultancy background who is looking to work on landmark projects in the region.

The Senior Project Manager’s role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading project teams from feasibility through to handover. You’ll manage governance, cost and risk controls, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and performance throughout the delivery phase.

Responsibilities include producing detailed delivery plans, managing stakeholder communication, facilitating procurement, and leading regular site and client meetings. You’ll be instrumental in driving value and efficiency while maintaining project integrity.

The Senior Project Manager

  • Degree qualified in construction, engineering, or related discipline

  • Professionally qualified (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or equivalent)

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, or commercial sector project delivery

  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills

  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
