You will take a leading role in managing a significant residential portfolio while maintaining the companys exceptional standards of service to landlords and tenants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio
• Handling tenancy management and property maintenance issues
• Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors
• Resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
• Ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to process improvement

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• Experience in property management tenancy management or lettings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Knowledge of lettings processes and legal notices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confident liaising across departments and with clients
• ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
